CATASTROPHIC LEAVE COMMITTEE
Statutory Authority:
NRS 284
The Catastrophic Leave Committee consists of
five members appointed by the Governor.
The Committee is responsible for hearing appeals
by an employee who is aggrieved by
any decision of an appointing authority made
pursuant to NRS 284.362 to NRS 284.3629.
